⦁ 2 ½ cups,  all-purpose flour
⦁ 2 ½ teaspoon Baking powder
⦁ Two pinches of baking soda
⦁ 1 cup- canola or other vegetable oil
⦁ 1 tsp – vanilla essence
⦁ One and 1 ½ cup,  granulated sugar
⦁ Three large eggs, at room temperature
⦁ 1/2 cup of butter at room temperature
⦁ Milk as required (room temperature). Use to soften the batter.
2 cups of whipping cream
1 cup of icing sugar
Two teaspoons of vanilla extract or essence
How to proceed:
  Grease a 10-inch round or square cake pan with oil or butter, line the bottom with parchment paper, and then grease the top of the paper with oil or butter. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (176C) or cooking pot on low flame.
⦁ Take dry ingredients flour, baking soda, and baking powder in a medium bowl and mix it with a hand whisk and sift all the ingredients and set aside.
⦁ Now beat eggs with a mixer or electric beater until they are fluffy and creamy. Then add granulated sugar and beat again for 2 to 3 minutes, and then add softened butter and beat well. Don’t beat too much. Otherwise, the mixture will lose its air.
⦁ Now add dry ingredients gradually in 4 parts in this fluffy mixture and fold it with the help of a spatula. If it’s getting harder, add little milk to soften the mixture.
Now in last, pour the batter into the greased mold and place it in the oven or cooking pot for baking. Check it after 45to 55 minutes. 
 STEP 6:
⦁ When the cake is completely baked, place it outside and let it cool for several minutes. 
⦁ Cool cake in the pan for 15 minutes, then demold the cake by carefully turning the cake layers onto the cake turntable. Discard parchment paper. 
Frosting Preparation: 
⦁ Take chilled cream in a large bowl and beat the cream using an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy for about 2 to 4 minutes.
⦁ Now add icing sugar and beat it for some time until it gets more fluffy and stable.
⦁ Then add vanilla extract or essence and place in the freezer for half-hour to chill it completely.
⦁ When the cream is chilled completely, cut the cake from the center into two halves, frost the top of one cake layer with vanilla topping, and place the second cake layer on the top.
⦁ The remaining frosting should be spread over the top of the cake and set around the edges with a butter knife or small spatula.
⦁ Now fill the frosting in a cake decorating nozzle piping bag and decorate the cake top layer by making swirls or cream roses.
You can decorate your top cake layer by using sprinkles of multi colors or chocolate sprinkles. 
Or you can use pearls to decorate cake swirls or roses by placing them there top.
