How to make Double Chocolate Cake

Double chocolate cake is a perfect cake for chocolate lovers as it contains the vigorous flavor of double chocolate in it. It’s easy to make in some time that satisfies your taste buds. The first layer of topping is prepared with whipping cream enriched with the flavor of melted chocolate, and the second layer of toping is made of chocolate syrup.

⦁ 12 tbsp of vegetable oil
⦁ 1 Cup of Cocoa Powder
⦁ Three large eggs, at room temperature
⦁ 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
⦁ 1 tsp – vanilla essence
⦁  12 tbsp of unsalted butter, melted
⦁ Two pinches of baking soda
⦁ 2 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
⦁ 1 cup of sugar granulated
⦁ 1/2cup of Milk as needed (room temperatures). 
⦁ 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
Chocolate Fudge Topping:
⦁ Whipping cream 2 cups
⦁ Icing sugar half cup 
⦁ Cocoa powder 4 tbsp
⦁ Melted Dark Chocolate 
Chocolate Syrup for Double Chocolate Layer:
⦁ Milk 3/4cup
⦁ Cocoa powder 3/4cup
⦁ Salt 1 pinch 
⦁ Sugar 1/2cup
⦁ Water 1/4cup
⦁ vanilla essence 1 tsp
⦁ Dark milk chocolate 50gm
⦁ Butter 3 tbsp
⦁ Powder milk 1/3cup
⦁ See all dry ingredients such as flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cocoa powder in a bowl using a hand whisk and set aside. 
⦁ You’ll require a 9-inch round cake pan with butter or oil; place parchment paper on the bottom and butter or oil on top. Turn on the oven temperature to 350°F (176C) and start preheating.
⦁ Take eggs one by one and granulated sugar and beat. Add cooking oil and melted butter and beat well.
⦁ Now add all the dry ingredients slowly using a spatula in four pieces to create a smooth mixture. The mixture can be softened by adding Milk if it becomes too hard. Then add vanilla extract and lemon juice, and mix well.
Then pour the prepared batter into the greased mold, then put it on the baking sheet or in a cooking pot to bake. The baking time can be 50 to 55 minutes approximately or depending on the heat of your oven.
⦁ Set the cake to cool for a couple of minutes once it has been fully baked. Then place it on the cooling rack by removing parchment papers.
Chocolate Fudge Topping Preparation:
⦁ Beat chilled whipping cream using an electric mixer at medium speed for 2 to 4 minutes or until it turns creamy.
⦁ After adding icing sugar, beat for a couple of minutes until it’s soft and solid.
⦁ After that, add vanilla extract, melted chocolate, and cocoa powder and beat again for 2 minutes. Place into the freezer to chill thoroughly.
Chocolate Syrup Preparation for Double Chocolate Layer:
Add all the ingredients and mix them on low flame by continuously stirring the whisk. When it gets thickened, turn off the love and set it aside to cool down. 
Cake Frosting:
⦁ Cut the cake from the center into two halves, spread the whipping cream frosting over it, and cover it by placing the second layer of cake. Again place the frosting on the top layer and spread with a spatula.
⦁ With a butter knife or a small spatula, spread the rest of the frosting around the sides of the cake.
⦁ The frosting can be put in the cake decorating nozzle piping bag. Decorate the cake’s top layer by creating swirls on the edges.
⦁ Then pour Chocolate fudge syrup topping on the center of the cake and spread it.
The delicious Double chocolate Cake is ready to serve.
