LEMON SYRUP:
 
⦁ 1/4 cup lemon juice, about 1 lemon
⦁ 3 Tbsp powdered sugar
 LEMON ICING:
 
⦁ 1 cup icing sugar
⦁ 1 ½ Tbsp lemon juice
⦁ Whipping cream 2 cups
⦁ Lemon zest 2 tbsp
Procedure:
 
STEP 1:
⦁ Swift and mix all dry ingredients such as flour and baking powder in a medium bowl using a hand whisk and set aside. 
STEP 2:
⦁ You’ll require a 9-inch round cake pan with butter or oil; place parchment paper on the bottom and butter or oil on top. Turn on the oven temperature to 350°F (176C) and start preheating.
STEP 3:
⦁ Beat the butter and sugar with a mixer or electric beater until they’re creamed and fluffy. Add eggs one by one and cream them.
STEP 4:
⦁ Mix the dry ingredients slowly using a spatula in four pieces to create a smooth mixture. The mixture can be softened by adding some buttermilk if it becomes too hard. Then add vanilla extract, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
STEP 5:
Lastly, put the prepared batter in the greased mold, then put it on the baking sheet or in a cooking pot to bake. The baking time is 45 to 55 minutes.
STEP 6:
