Easy Homemade Chocolate Cake Recipe
Chocolate cakes are the most trending and demanding sweet on all occasions. You can bake a cake in the oven, and if you don’t have it, there is another option to bake it in the cooking pot. Both baked cakes have no difference in them, and no one can recognize that this easy homemade chocolate cake recipe is baked in the oven or cooking pot.

⦁ 2 cups of Granulated sugar
⦁ all-purpose flour1 – 3/4 cups
⦁ 3/4 cup of Cocoa powder
⦁ 1 – 1/2 tsps of baking powder
⦁ 1 – 1/2 tsps baking soda
⦁ 1 tspsalt
⦁ 2 eggs
⦁ 1 cup of milk on room temperature
⦁ 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
⦁ 2 tsps of vanilla extract
⦁ 1 cupboiling water
⦁ 1 Cup of Dark Chocolate
How to proceed:
Take a cake baking pan of 9 inches and grease it with oil and butter. Preheat the baking oven or cooking pot for baking.

Take a bowl and swift flour and baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder. Set aside all these dry ingredients.
Take egg whites and whisk them using an electric beater or hand whisk. Then gradually add egg yolks and whisk them. Then add granulated sugar and whisk for more than 2 minutes. Then add vegetable oil and mix well.
Now add all the sifted dry ingredients gradually by folding the mixture with the help of the spatula. Add milk and hot water to it and mix it very well.
Pour the cake batter into the pan and place it in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until it’s completely done. Insert a toothpick to check whether the cake has been made complete. If the toothpick comes out clean, it means the cake is made. If the cake is not baked properly then bake it for a some more minutes.
When it cool down completely, take out the cake from the cake mold and place it on a wire guaze. Moist it with milk, sugar syrup or any juice with the help of a brush.
Now melt dark chocolate in the oven or using a double broiler method.
Place the cake on the cake rack, pour the melted chocolate over it, and let it cool completely for about 4 to 5 hours. Now your delicious Chocolate Cake is ready to serve.
