Chocolate Fudge Cake Recipe:
⦁ 12 tbsp of unsalted butter, melted
⦁ 12 tbsp of vegetable oil
⦁ 2 tsp of coffee
⦁ 1 Cup of cocoa powder
⦁ ½ cup of hot water
⦁ 1 cup of melted Dark cooking chocolate
⦁ 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
⦁ 1 tsp – vanilla essence
⦁  Two pinches of baking soda
⦁ 2 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
⦁ ½ cup of Butter Milk as needed (room temperatures). 
⦁ 1 cup of sugar granulated
⦁ 2 large eggs, at room temperature
Chocolate Ganache:
⦁ Dark cooking chocolate 1 ½ cups
⦁ Heavy Whipping cream 2 ½ cups
⦁ Icing sugar 1 cup
⦁ Unsalted Butter ½ cup (melted)
⦁ Chocolate chips ½ cup
⦁ Prepare dry ingredients, such as flour, baking powder, and baking soda, and set them aside.
⦁ Take cocoa powder and coffee in a separate mug, add hot water in a small quantity, and mix well. If it gets hard, add a little more water and mix it again with the help of a spoon. Set it aside. The consistency should be thick.
⦁ This recipe requires a round cake pan that measures 10 inches in diameter. Grease a baking pan with butter or oil — place parchment paper on the bottom and butter or oil on top — preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C).
