Pro Baking Tips

  • Be sure to use room temperature ingredients like eggs, butter, and milk. The mix will be even and the texture will be better.
  • A toothpick can be used as a test to determine the quality of a cupcake. If it comes out clean, your cupcakes are done!
  • Cool Completely: Always cool cupcakes before frosting to avoid a melty mess.
  • Use an Ice Cream Scoop: For consistent size, use an ice cream scoop to portion your batter.
  • Swirl your Frosting: For a professional look, use a piping bag and start from the outside, swirling inward.
