If you’re thinking, “Mango and chocolate?” Trust me, the buttery sweetness of mangoes and the bittersweet chocolate chip harmony is a match made in culinary heaven. The juicy mango chunks provide a refreshing flavor, contrasting the chocolate’s richness.

Chocolate Chips – half cup
Mango Chunks – Half Cup – (Sliced in cubes)
Eggs – 2
Butter – 4 tbsp
Cooking oil – 7 tbsp
Icing sugar – 1 cup
Baking Powder – 1 ½ tsp

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line the cupcake tray with a cupcake liner and grease it with butter or oil.
Prepare the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, and baking soda) by sieving them together.
Mix eggs and icing sugar in a stand mixer until it becomes fluffy and doubles in size. For about two minutes, whisk oil and butter again on medium speed. Then add all dry ingredients.
With a rubber spatula, fold in all dry ingredients. If the mixture looks hard, add some milk to soften it. Lastly, fold chocolate chips and mango chunks with a spatula.
Pour the mixture into lined baking cupcake sheets using an ice cream scoop. Place the cupcakes in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. When they are completely baked, take them out of the oven and place them on a cooling rack. When cooled completely, frost these muffins with the prepared mango-flavoured frosting.
Take chilled whipping cream in a stand mixer and beat it on medium speed until it doubles in volume.
Then add the icing sugar in it and beat again in a mixer. When it gets thickened, then turn off your stand mixer.
Add yellow food color and mango puree to it. Fold it with the help of a silicon spatula.
Put the whipped Cream in a piping bag and pipe mango-flavored swirls on chocolate chip mango muffins.
