Ingredients
⦁ 1 cup sugar
⦁ ½ cup milk
⦁ 1 tsp vanilla extract
⦁ 2 cups of flour
⦁ 3 eggs
⦁ ¾ cup oil
⦁ 2 tsp baking powder

Procedure:
STEP 1
⦁ Turn the oven’s temperature up to 180 degrees Celsius. Combine the flour and baking powder in a bowl with a wooden spoon.
STEP 2
⦁ Mix the sugar and oil on high speed in a different bowl with an electric mixer until the batter is fluffy and looks light.
STEP 3
⦁ Using an electric mixer, add the eggs one at a time to the sugar-oil mixture and beat well until well combined. Add the vanilla and beat again.
STEP 4
⦁ Use a wooden spoon to gently stir in half of the dry ingredients that were previously set aside.

⦁ The remaining dry ingredients should now be added to the batter and thoroughly combined until no significant amounts of flour are remaining.
STEP 6
⦁ Take a wooden spoon or silicon spatula and gently fold the nuts into the batter.
Step 7
⦁ Bake at 180C for 35–40 minutes, or until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Pour the batter into an 8-inch cake pan lined with parchment.
