Recipe For White Forest Cake is the antonym of black forest cake. White Forest cake is made with white chocolates in its sponge and over the cream top. The frosting cream of this cake is flavored with vanilla extract, giving it a unique taste when mixed with cherries, white chocolate flakes, and chocolate chips. 
White Forest cake presents white chocolate cake baked with the flavor of vanilla extract.
White forest cake can also be baked as an eggless cake if you skip eggs from the procedure and increase the quantity of milk in the batter.

⦁ Three large eggs, at room temperature
⦁ 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
⦁ 1 tsp – vanilla essence
⦁ Half cup of butter kept at room temperature
⦁ Two pinches of baking soda.
⦁ 2 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
⦁ 1 cup of canola or other vegetable oils
⦁ One and a half cups of sugar granulated
⦁ Milk as needed (room temperatures). Use it to make the batter more pliable.
⦁ Two cups of white chocolate
⦁ White Chocolate Chips 150 gm
⦁ Cherries 1 cup
⦁ Two cups of whipping cream
⦁ 1 cup of confectioners’ sugar
⦁ A teaspoon of the essence, vanilla, or vanilla extract.
⦁ Piping bag decorated with nozzles
⦁ White Chocolate Flakes 1 Cup
Here’s what we need to do:
⦁ Mix dry ingredients such as flour, baking soda, and baking powder in a medium bowl using a hand-mixer. Mix all the ingredients and place them aside.
⦁ You’ll require a 10-inch square (or square) cake pan with butter or oil, parchment paper on the bottom, and butter or oil on top. Place the oven at 350°F (176C) or turn the stove to a low temperature.
⦁ Beat the eggs with a mixer or electric beater until they’re soft and fluffy. Mix softened butter and sugar granulated butter in a separate bowl and beat until the mixture is smooth. Be careful not to overbeat. If you do, it will turn thick.
⦁ Mix the dry ingredients slowly using a spatula in four pieces to create a smooth mixture. The mixture can be softened by adding some milk if it becomes too hard. Then add melted white chocolate to it.
Lastly, put the batter in the greased mold, then put it on the baking sheet or in a cooking pot to bake. The baking time is 45-55 minutes.

⦁ Set the cake to cool for a couple of minutes once it has been fully baked.
⦁ Let the cake cool for about 15 minutes before removing the cake by shifting the layers onto the cake turntable. Discard all parchment.
Frosting Preparation:
⦁ Mix chilled cream using an electric mixer at medium speed for 2 to 4 minutes or until it turns creamy.
⦁ After adding icing sugar, beat for a couple of minutes until it’s soft and solid.
⦁ After that, add vanilla extract, and then place into the freezer to chill for a half-hour to completely chill.
⦁ Once the cream has completely chilled, cut the cake into two pieces, decorate each with vanilla frosting, and then cover it off with the second cake layer.
⦁ With a butter knife or a small spatula, spread the rest of the frosting around the sides of the cake.
⦁ The frosting can be put in the cake decorating nozzle piping bag. Decorate the cake’s top layer by creating swirls 0f 1 step or 2 step or cream flowers.
⦁ Crumble the chocolate Flakes and sprinkle it onto the center of  cake’s top and edges.
⦁ Sprinkle the cherries over the swirls of cake.
⦁ Garnish white chocolate chips on the edges of this cake.
