Ingredients:
- Vanilla extract- 1 teaspoon

- Ground cinnamon- ½ teaspoon
- Salt- 1 pinch
- Red wine- 2 cups
Directions:
- Heat the overn to 350°F (175°C). You’ll need two 9-inch round cake pans. Grease them and place parchment paper in them.
- Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar together until they are light and fluffy

- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon, and salt; mix gently. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pans.
- After 80 to 90 minutes of baking in the preheated oven, insert a toothpick and it should come out clean. After cooling for 10 minutes in the pan, turn it out onto a wire rack to finish cooling.
